It's always good to prepare a checklist when you have to do something important. Especially when there are many moving parts it is easy to forget to do something. So that's where checklists help us keep track of what needs to be done.
I have recently been exploring with some online checklists instead of paper and pencil and a good one that I found is 'todoist'. It is free and you can even collaborate on some of the tasks. Nice interface too.
Of course, another free option is to just use a simple google sheet although you will then have to set up the dates and times yourself and also it doesn't do reminders out of the box.
Things like arrange with the movers, call the utilities companies to cancel, arrange for the PCR tests, set aside the important documents etc. Hope I don't miss anything out and unlike moving out from your home country where you can always come back if you have a place to stay, in this case, I have no intention of coming back anytime soon.
