HOW TO MAKE AN CHUNG CAKE?

Chung Cake is an indispensable dish in traditional Vietnamese New Year. However, not everyone can wrap banh chung, delicious and long broken.
Material:

Making:
1. Prepare green beans, meat, leaves, rice

Step 3: Clean leaves, if leaves are not clean, the cake will quickly break. Wipe dry with a clean towel. Then cut the live leaf (cut the leaves do not leave, but lined up when boiled condensed). Note, when cutting live leaves, you do not cut too deep will go to the leaves, to tear the leaves.

2. Pack the cake

3. Boil
