Monkey See Monkey Do

Hello

I believe most of us are familiar with this idiom. Its meaning is plain, it is a person who is try to mimic someone's actions without, thinking and without knowledge about it and its aftermath.

You would think only a child can do that, only a child can mimic without thinking. But you are wrong and very wrong, now day it is rampant. Young and old to the same, women and men do the same thing. They live a mimicry life.

People are coping other peoples lives, without having a complete knowledge of the doer and his intentions. You see someone on the TV, newspaper, magazine, YouTube or on social media where they only post the best part of their lives and hide the rest. Then people go ahead and the start coping this person's life.

Always people have more than what you see on the outside, your superficial look should not deceive you. You know nothing about that person.

It is repulsive to see how mature people behave just that way now days. Do not live that way, start asking questions and not just questions, quality questions because they will determine the answers you will get. Try to find out the why. Ask yourself if is there any other better way to do what is been done or to live in a better way than what is popular with many people.
Make sure you are informed enough, make sure you have the facts before you do anything. Assume nothing, because assumption is the worst form of knowledge.

Coping things without questioning them is being like a monkey like a parrot like a dead person, they have no say. Like dead fish in the waters, their movements are determined by the movements of the wave and the direction of the waters. But a living fish chooses its own direction.

People trade their lives for trends, sacrificing the real issues of life on the altar of passing things. It is not cool to find a mature person playing with toys. Lifeless and unreal things, though they look like the real things but they are not.

Stop acting and start living,
Stop imitating and start leading
Stop buying toys invest in the real things
Stop being a voluntary puppet
Stop! Stop! Stop! Stop!, just stop it!

Just let the trend, trend. Focus on your purpose, focus on the future of your life. You will be OK, even better even if you do not trend with trends.

Thanks for your time
