So today I turned 21. The perfecr age to know you're no longer stuck between. Do I sit with the adults or, do I sit with the teens. The age that finaly turns you into an adult.
I had a quiet day but it was still a memorable one. My amazing boyfriend made me a wafle and with whipped cream he sprayed a large 21 on it and, ice cream. On a hot day like today it was the perfect gift 🎁. I then got to watch some cartoons and yes I know im an adult now but I still love cartoons. I dont think that will ever change. The rest of the day was pretty uneventful. friends and family members messaged me and filled Facebook with well wishes. The one thing that I was most looking forwad to was a call from my grandad. The hole reasons for this can be explained by my 20th birthday.
See me, my sister, and my boyfriend all have birthdays that are only days apart. My sister is the 13th of Jan I'm the 17th and my boyfriend is the 19th. To save money we decided to have a joint party at her boyfriend's sister's house. We had a grate party that went well past midnight. The next morning the boyfriend's mom was there because his sister had to go to another party. His mom decided to play warden to make sure we clean the house. Of coure I understand that we had to clean it and I didn't mind. We had the party on the 16the so we had to do the cleaning on the 17th, my birthday. Let me also point out that I am an extreme neat freak and would never do a half job. Wile I was cleaning I would check my phone every now and then to make sure i dont miss my grandad's call and luckily I was done before he called. I went to sit down for a bit just to make extra sure i dont miss it when, all of a sudden I'm accused of being to lazy to even do a little cleaning. The boyfriend's mom then started pointing out things like untydie rooms. Witch is not my problem since I don't live there and we slept on a blow up matrice that had already been packed away. Frustrated and annoyed I want to go clean other people's rooms and when I was done I checked my phone again to see "one missed call" I was furious. I tried to call back but my calls wouldn't go through. So today was the fist time in TWO YEARS that I got to talk to him. And you probably understand now why I was looking so forward to it. It's also why I didn't want to have a party mostly coz its a week day and also because I refuse to clean other people's messes again if they had absalutly nothing to do with the party.
