One of the interesting poses is Chair pose and it is good for our health. It is standing pose which is a standing yoga posture that strengthens the core and lower body in this pose The arm expand upward alongside the ears while the knees bend as it set on an imaginary chair.

The benefits of chair pose are as follow:

It also helps strengthens the lower body while stretching the upper back.

This pose increases your lung capacity and energizes your entire body.

It also engages all your core muscles and helps to reduce flat feet.

It is also known as Utkatasana.It clearly also works the muscles of the arms and legs but also stimulates the diaphragm and heart.
