She bestows all types of Siddhi to her devotes and hence is worshipped by a human. It is Ketu refers to Nava Durga. which is descending lunar node in Vedic, or Hindu astrology. From the ancient time, people know the time by watching the sun and many the diseases are treated by the knowing planet and old knowledge in that time.
