During 2015 till middle of 2018, Malaysia faced economic crisis where the MYR depreciated against USD and the level of inflation reached at it's peak (the level Malaysia never reached before). During these times, school fees increased causing parents faced difficulties to pay the school fees and also the government cut off some allocations for the schools.
