Daily Eating Blog #10

in blog •  7 years ago

This morning I started off with a chocolate protein shake as I went for a disastrous 5k run. I say disastrous as I couldn't run it was more of a walk with spurts of jogging. I seem to have a lot of aches and pains at the moment.

After showering I had my morning black coffee, a weetabix, Greek yoghurt, strawberries, blueberries and half of a banana. I drank my sports hydration drink and a can of Pepsi max.

Lunch was on the go at work. Ham and spinach leaves rolls, blueberries and trail mix.

The Apple I ate on my way home.

For a snack I had a green tea, two hard boiled eggs and two packets of cheddars.

Yesterday I cooked a gammon joint, so I had some of this for dinner with oven chips and a fried egg, washed down with a can of lager. Thought I'd have a beer as my husband and I were going out to see a show.

Whilst out I drank three pints of lager and two bottles of water.

Hope you enjoyed my blog, it would be great to read your thoughts on my diet, follow me to see what else happens in my life.

Happy reading peeps 🖤

are those hydration drinks any good? I see them at work but didn't know if they would be one of those things that would just sit in the cupboard. xxx

I try and drink one most days especially if I've been running as I have a problem with sweating (even when I'm not exercising) I started getting a lot of cramps which is sometimes caused by lack of salt. Constant sweating means losing salt from the body so I thought I ought to put something back in. I think they are helping.
