Regarding phones. My phone does not connect to the internet and I like my "old" non-smart phone. I can take the battery out as well. Yes, you can wrap your phone in aluminum foil and it can't send or receive a signal. Well, with my phone anyway. I have not experimented with a smart phone. The key is the word "smart". Anything "smart" is designed for the future grid - the internet of things.
Bitchute is a free and open platform. No censorship as long as you are responsible, like here. It's videos only. It's where a lot of truthers moved to.
I have not gone to the doctor. It will be fine, it's not broken so there really not much they can do. It just needs more time than I expected. Looks like you and @preppervetuk were right. It's better than it was and so it IS healing.

I'm keeping it for the same reason but I am mainly on WEKU. WEKU is not as good as steemit in the type of people on it. The people here are much better. Lots of scammers and spam on WEKU. Not as easy to find good people. I check in here twice a day and post what I can. I'll be looking for your posts!
