Hi steemians today I want introduce an article about importent programmes which you must have on linux. The programmes which I introduce you are really useful or very practical. I don't want to much write before I start so I start direct with my presentation.
Redshift
The first programm is really useful if you work often when it is evening. The programm what I mean has the name Redshift and adapts the brightness. If you work when it is dark so the screen will be have a yellow stitch. That is good for the eyes and you can better concentrate work or play better the game. If you want equal that program with a windows program you can look into lux. Lux is similiar to redshift. Here there are more informations about redshift: Redshift.
Mega
The online file sharing platform is a really good alternative if you don't have an own vserver. If you start you have to state your name, password and your email address. Then you get an confirmation email after you can use your account. The first what you get are 50 GB onlinestorage. The phone app is really clear and the client run really good below linux. If you have your own vserver I prefer owncloud. If not then i would take Mega.
LibreOffice
I know many people know LibreOffice then you can scip to the next part but if not you get a really good alternative to Word and the other office programms. How I say above is LibreOffice a really good alternative to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and so on but the best one it is the programms are free. So every can use it and you can as well use it for commercial purposes. Here there are more informations: LibreOffice.
Atom
The next one is a very good text editor. The text editor convinced with a really good highlighting. You can extends with a very big reange of programming languages. So Atom is the perfekt editor for beginner. Here you get Atom.
Intellij
For experience programmer there want a complex programm is Intellij perfekt. That isn't an Editor much more it is an development environment. Normally it costs 99€ but if you are teacher or student you can get it free. Here are the official website from jetbrains.
