I want tell about the light of Aceh "Khanduri Maulid". Aceh is a province and a region that has a diversity of cultures and traditions as well as diverse customs. one of them is khanduri maulod.

The celebration of the Prophet's Maulid in Aceh called Kenduri Maulod is a celebration commemorating the birthday of Prophet Muhammad SAW or in Aceh called commemorating the birth of Pang Ulee Alam (penghulu Alam). Keunduri Maulod has become a tradition in Aceh society. Even the greatest when compared with other traditions in Aceh. greatest.

For villages holding khanduri maulod during the day from 12 noon the dish is ready to be escorted to meunasah or mosque. Furthermore villages holding khanduri maulod in the evening of the meal are brought to the meunasah or mosque after Ashar worship or before maghrib.

The celebration of Khanduri Maulod in the contents by eating beulangong soup dish and various food with all villagers, orphans in meunasah or mosque. in the evening filled with lectures or religious speeches about the story of the Prophet Muhammad's journey and also race dikee Maulod (dhikr Maulod).

The birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad SAW symbolized in the form of maulid conjuration has traditionally been held every year. Mawlid memorials are held every year as an ongoing effort to remind all members of the community of their identity as Muslims and ureung (people) of Aceh.
