Weekend food post :Cruncylicious Biscotti

Hello dear steemians ,

How are you ? Okay as usually I will share you about the recipe of food that famous in Malaysia . But today I want to share you about Italian biscuits .

Today I want to share how to make the Almond Biscotti ,Biscotti is a biscuit or cookies .

What Should You Have ?

Ingredients for about 30-50 cookies:

  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
  • 2 teaspoon of baking baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter make sure it is in room temperatured
  • 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/4 teaspoon extract vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon extract almond
  • 1 cup whole almonds(roasted)
  • 1 cup chopped almonds(roasted)

Bake your biscotti at 350 F ,and make sure you - Bake the loaves at 350 F., let it cool 15 minutes before slicing, and then finish at 325 F. Until it colour golden brown, and crunchy .

Method

  1. Put the wheat flour on a container 2 cup only. And put also the baking powder .

  2. Put the unsalted butter .

  3. Stir it gently and then an egg .

  4. Put 1 cup flour and then put the egg one more and stir it . And continuosly put 1 cup flour balance.

  5. Add the roasted almonds . Mix them all

  6. Let it in your refrigerator for 30 minutes and bake it ! Make sure you let it cold before you slice them .

Mmm... one question, can I use Bread Flour or All Purposed Flour for this?
