Recently I changed my eating habits, breakfast-wise, I left lunch and dinner in peace because nothing is wrong with that part.
I said that I will publish a menu for my breakfast, so here it goes for whoever is interested.
My breakfast is not typical, and it requires some preparation.
It literary helps me to jump start my day.
Spoiler alert: Not vegan-friendly.
Vegan/vegetarian version: you can do absolutely the same with the soy steaks, chickpeas, and cheese ( yeah that's kind of things too or anything with the tone of plant proteins).
A day before I prepare one thin steak, tap it into salt, and then I spice it all over with the white pepper, some chili pepper powder( not much), ginger and little of oregano. I make sure it is dry and I put it into the refrigerator ( not freezer) to marinate until the next morning. I usually use ribbed surface, like a ribbed plate or anything that will allow liquids from the steak to slowly drain out without steak being immersed into them.
Disclaimer: I suffer from low blood pressure, that's why I need so much salt. And yes, it is by a doctor prescription. Do the same if for the rest of a day you can avoid salt. Don't do the same if you have elevated blood pressure, heart conditions or any kidney disease.
All those spices serve the purpose. We can have ( and we do) some processes in our body that are not that nice to our system. You will rarely feel any pain, but mostly just discomfort, exhaustion and similar seemingly subjective symptoms of being alive.
Health benefits of salt, white pepper, chili pepper, ginger, and oregano
Salt: elevates electrolytes, helps digestion, improves hearth conductivity, fine tunes motor skills, re-hydration mechanism, reduces the risk of diabetes, removes toxins, normalizes cholesterol, maintains normal blood pH, blood pressure and improves my whole general health condition.
White pepper: It has more good properties than being just a spice, it is an incredibly powerful antioxidant, pain, and headache reliever, balances blood sugar, blood pressure control, improves digestion, decongestant, prevent gastrointestinal ulcers... etc.
Chili pepper ( extinguish the fire with milk, not water... in case of emergency): Improving the cognitive abilities ( preventive against degenerative brain disorders like dementia), helps forming new red blood cells, balances blood pressure, pain relief, decongestant, antibacterial and anti-fungal, cures any inflammatory bowel diseases by killing bacteria, immunity booster, boosts eyesight, prevents ulcers, thermogenic, reduces cravings, balances weight.
Ginger: relieves nausea, immunity booster, pain and inflammation relief, lowering cholesterol, thermogenic, burns fat, balances blood sugar. cognitive inducer.
Oregano: antioxidants, antifungal, antibacterial, (and may even kill MRSA), anti-inflammatory, boosts respiratory system, prevents cancer.
Morning!!
When I get up, the first I drink some water.
After that, I don't have the coffee right away. That has to wait.
I take my steak out of the freezer.
Over the night the salt drained water out of it, and if you estimate you have too much salt simply scrape it the excess with the fork.
I use pancake pan to fry it on minimum fat/oil ( or better yet no fat or oil whatsoever).
I fry it only a very short time, enough to catch color on both sides but to stay raw inside. So, when the heat from the frying pan shuts the pores on one side, simply flip it and do the same on another side.
I eat this with a little bit of sauce ( either chili mayonnaise or sour sweet sauce) and the bread ( white, mixed, whole grain, bagel, whatever...). I should make homemade sauces but I am dumb-struck by small quantities so I just buy something from a shop).
How does it taste? Same like dry meat but with more fabric to chew. I don't want to make wonders of it, taste is identical. Spices protrude deep into the flesh so it is salty and hot. If you are experiencing too much of a burning, use milk. Water will not help. Or if you are like me and like to wake up with the thunder, just drink mineral water and make that demon explode.
After that, I have a coffee, which sets in just great. I don't know about you, but I like it with sugar and milk.
Till I get through the coffee I am already halfway done with my writing, because I don't drink it fast, plus I need some time till I start the second phase of my breakfast.
Second phase
Besides a lot of salt to keep my blood pressure healthy ( I eat only salted breakfast, the rest of my daily food intake is almost without it because I dislike salt), I also drink AEDs ( alcohol energy drinks), one serving per day. It prevents me from having the headaches and keeps my pipes tight ( small amounts of alcohol shrink blood vessels and veins preventing the drop in blood pressure and swellings). Unfortunately, for the last 5 years, I am suffering that annoyance with feet swellings every time a weather becomes warm ( spring and summer) and there is absolutely no solution to it but enough salt, water, minerals, drink here and there and exercise. I am not built for the hot climate.
I explained the recipe in detail for the AED in my previous article.
DAILY CONTEMPLATION - CHINESE DINNER, AEDs AND ABOMINABLE MOVIES
If you get easily inebriated, have any health conditions that can be a contraindication to drink this, please, I strongly advise not to drink this. This is actually made for a people who are exhausted, skinny, with low blood pressure and energy depleted.
It tastes sweet, sourish, hot ( ginger), will not make you tipsy and will not induce any negative side-effects ( as long you make it as-is, and have only one) and this is a recipe in short.
For this purpose, you will have to use bigger glass, if possible a jumbo cup, because a mixture foams, so don't tell me I didn't warn you.
- 1 can of energy drink 250 mL ( caffeine content 32 mg/ 100 mL), I use Real Mix Premium or Hell. (RedBull is a big no-no!! Don't know why but that thing is a poison.) Do not exceed this.
- 0.05 L (half a deciliter) of sweat liqueur - green almond or honey liqueur, alcohol 24-25 %, should not exceed this level.
- lime or lemon, how much just base it on your taste, it breaks down some of the sweetness
- powdered ginger ( I put half of a mini -teaspoon) - watch out, this will foam while you stir it. Scroll back up to see what ginger does.
- Don't drink it at once, make it last.
A small alcohol content will induce ginger, so you will probably just feel the hot and sweet taste, and you need to give some time till the mixture kicks in.
It has a calming effect and it will make you - aside from the obvious health benefits- feel energized, focused, definitely more awake and super positive and calm.
At least it does it to me and I am naturally as calm as a hurricane on dynamite.
Enjoy!
I like your habit of drinking water first, is very good health practice. Try some warm up execise after intake of water before breakfast. Like push ups or jumping jacks 10 10 times to get sweat and ativate your body. Good tips

This is not an exercise or tip post, it is a recipe for my breakfast, how about you try reading the whole thing as an exercise for a start?
Doe I have one exercise for you, just a suggestion because you don't read shit what others write.
Lie flat on a floor on your back.
Elevate your knees and keep them apart.
Don't jam or support your feet on anything.
and plunge your body 25 times between them into a full sit-up.
When you achieve that in one serving, come back and report.
