They clearly have the financial wherewithal to invest millions on marketing. That's most likely why there are so many (overly) good Bluehost web hosting reviews online.
I read a few of the reviews, and the most of them praise their excellent customer service (really? ), low costs, and scalability possibilities. However, there is virtually little mention of their genuine shortcomings in such assessments.
