Vitamins A,D,E,K - and your brain! Statins chew up your gray mater. Your liver produces all your factors when you eat a proper diet (so you can clot or keep blood in proper liquefaction!). Fat soluble vitamins for immunity, eyesight, cardiac function, skin, hair, brain capacity and neuron transmission REQUIRE fat (and the brain requires 120g carbohydrates a day to baseline). Too much protein causes ketoacidosis (bad, but ok in moderation🌝). Nothing beats being well-balanced!

Agreed. I think often times people are lacking in fat soluble vitamins. Especially D and K. A healthy diet of largely vegetable and fruits with some lean protein thrown is what I find to work best for me. Along with juicing most days.
