BOODLE FIGHT

We, Filipinos are known of our hospitality. Even the last morsel in our plates, we heartily share it to anyone who needs it. I remember my grandmother who kept saying whenever we were tasked to cook food to include the staircase. That's another way of saying to include in our budget the visitors.

Up to now, it is still innate in our way of life. Here in our town we call it Bodol koy Alan (let's eat together). and we do that when we are having celebrations.

We do boodle fight in the street and we utilize almost 100 tables so that the visitors can dine with us all free of charge. It is truly fun and we enjoyed each others company.
