Bookworms have been in awe at a giganitic book tower neawly built in northwest Chian's Xi'an City in Shaanxi Province. At a height of 11 meters, the "tower of knowledge" was made out of 14 tons of books within month.

Bookworms have been in awe at a gigantic book tower newly built in northwest China’s Xi’an City in Shaanxi Province.
At a height of 11 meters, the “tower of knowledge” was made out of 14 tons of books within a month.
To stabilize the spiral structure, books were glued together to an iron plank.
The book tower was erected at a design college affiliated to Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology.
