Book Review: The New Good Life

A lot like the old old good life

A reader recommended The New Good Life, by John Robbins, so I got a copy and read it last week.

The first surprise was the author's life story. It's so incredible it almost seems implausible. The first chapter is riveting.

The rest of the book is solid. It focuses on what makes a good life: connection to society, service to others, harmony with nature. The author writes about money, but also about health, environment, and happiness.

It's a good read and pretty inspiring. If you are up for some environmental and health advice along with your personal finance, The New Good Life is an inspiring read.
