Sound on external HDMI device fails when using Windows 10 Creators Update via Boot Camp on High Sierra

This is the same issue that happened with the hdmi sound driver.
A restart fixes the issue but it's still annoying.
Disabling then re-enabling the sound driver also didn't work.
