In the Bora Island, all the BApps is included, infact the Bora Island is the App Store. Secondly, you don't need the Bora Tokens to get BApps, you only need the Bora Shell Tokens to gain access to some contents in the BApp, though you can convert the Bora Tokens to the Bora Shell tokens.

I don't think you need the token. It was mentioned in the article and secondly, the only time I read something about fee is when you want to convert from SHELL token to BORA.
