He is wanted by the Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) because he didn't comply with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. There is a Canada-wide warrant for him. His last known address is in Montreal, Quebec. He was born on the 11th of November, 1980 In the Congo. I want to make it clear that I am for immigration, as long as it is legally, I understand that for some, this may be difficult, but as long as they go through regular channels within a year, I'm good.
