For those of you who support The BOScoin project, this is ChangKi Park.

First of all, as a founding member/designer and leader of the ICO of the BOScoin project, I’m saddened by the series of recent events. Here’s my official statement on recent issues.

Due to the judicial conflict that erupted in the criminal incidents of Ye-jun Choi and Myeong-san Jeon in April this year, there is an investigation underway at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office about the crimes of Ye-jun Choi, In-hwan Kim and Dong-seok Choi. I don't think it's fair to argue about a case under investigation, so I remained silent.

However, in November, Ye-jun Choi and Myeong-san Jeon used the space of the National Assembly to cover two sessions in which I was falsely accused. I want to make my position clear because I’m not going to let lies spread to the media and social networking sites as if they are true anymore.

‘The 6,000 BTC extortion’, named by Ye-jun Choi, is not true.

The truth is that out of 6,902 BTC collected from the ICO, Ye-jun Choi and In-hwan Kim made an unauthorized withdrawal of 400 BTC (240 BTC under the name of a ‘bonus’ and 160 BTC for marketing costs) in May 2017 without the approval of the foundation.

In-hwan Kim, who knew the funds could only be utilized after foundation approval went too far with the help of Ye-jun Choi, who wasn’t even a board member at the time. The assets contributed by 4,000 people from over 90 countries around the world were illegally withdrawn by two people.

B, the board member, found out about this later and was worried that this might happen again. So, he moved 6,000 BTC to the foundation's wallet and that’s the substance of the incident.

Ye-jun Choi and Myeong-san Jeon have distorted the truth and named it 'The 6,000 BTC extortion,' threatening B and I that they will file criminal charges.

I was furious but was also worried. So, I made concessions and left BlockChain OS, not only because of the concern that it could damage Boscoin participants, but also adversely affect Korea’s entire Cryptocurrency and blockchain industry if I didn’t.

I received no reward whatsoever for my departure from this project, including BOS or in any coin or form of compensation. Ye-jun Choi’s claim that I received 1,500 BTC as a compensation to leave the blockchain industry is a hoax.

The truth is as follows. "GovernTech, a corporation with a service contract with the Boscoin Foundation, manufactured and delivered the product (Delicracy) using 550 BTC for software development, and the remaining 950 BTC was returned to the foundation in January 2018."

I've decided to file a complaint for defamation against Ye-jun Choi and Myeong-san Jeon who spread false propaganda as if I took 1,500 BTC.

Now, a year and a half later, I’m here speaking the truth because I can no longer let them distort the truth with a malice intent to gain an upper hand in the conflict with the foundation. I can no longer sit idly by and listen to their fabricated claims.

I'm going to lay out five major criminal charges of Ye-jun Choi in detail.
This all will be reported to the prosecution and the judicial branch of the Republic of Korea, as well as to FINMA, the ESA and to Swiss financial authorities.

FINMA and ESA in Switzerland are already watching this case.
HanKyung.com’s article (http://news.hankyung.com/article/201812035678g) and shareholder Hae-kwan Lee’s message (https://steemit.com/blockchainos/@boscoin-history/a-message-from-hae-kwan-lee-the-shareholder-of-blockchain-os) were translated and reported to Switzerland.

Please understand that from now on, anyone who talks about me and my people with groundless slander, will be charged of libel without exception.

This is the first official statement I wrote after a year and a half of silence.

For the past year and a half, the reason I've been patient and remained silent is only because of thought that there should be no harm whatsoever to anyone involved in the BOScoin project.

To those of you who trusted me and my team and participated in the BOScoin ICO, thank you again. I decided that this issue should be settled this time for the growth of BOScoin.

I don't intend to be involved directly in the BOScoin project, but I promise you I won't be indifferent to any illegal acts that impede the development and growth of the BOScoin.

From Chang-ki Park,
one of the founders of BOScoin and one who hopes for the best of BOScoin.
