auto-downvoting is a terrible practice, and may be used for harmful purposes. if someone doesn't like your content, or has some general beef with you they can auto-downvote your contributions. The system that handles these auto-downvoting robots must be changed.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
