I have been living in france for 3 years now life is not complete without finding a good boulangerie for morning breakfast and breads for the day.
St paul de vence a very touristic village where i live has no boulangerie but the neighbouring village la colle sur loup has to my good luck opened a new fire oven bakery. Fire ovens give great taste and flavor to the bread and pain aux chocolats and crossaint. Andrea who moved from california to learn all about french pastry or viennoiserie is the artist behind the desk.

There r plenty of industrial boulangeries which are just not upto the mark.
I make my journey on my Velo electric which is another feather in my cap.
