The water level in the river still remains quite low. Not only are the boulders and rocks very visible they are now reachable to stand on while doing some fishing.
When this is river is running at full peak the rocks and boulders in the below photo are under water and the strong force of the river's swift current would surely and very quickly take you downstream.

Futher on downstream I came across another man fishing from off a boulder in the river. I took this photo from the bridge I was standing on above him.
I asked him if the fish were biting. He said he had caught a couple of bass but they were to small to keep.

I didn't have a fishing pole with me but wish I had. It was a beautiful day for fishing. I headed back to my cabin as I really needed to continue stacking some firewood.

Loveoy way to enjoy the nature.....btw have you heard og "Ram Setu" in India....?? It is kind of boulder road joining India to srilanka via a sea. It has depiction in Ramayana too do check it....still the road is visible under the water...

@annephilbrick that looks like a good spot to fish from. At the inlet where I lived there was a big rock near the water, it had a curve on top of it like a seat, it fit my butt perfectly and still fits it. I loved to sit there and fish.

I've seen the "Ram Setu" also known as Adam's road, it
looks better on google earth maps, here is a link to a
regular google map.
Imagine walking it when the waters were lower!
