Last night I pushed to a new limit, 24 Rounds.
12 Rounds @3 minuets with 1min rests.
-12 Rounds: shadowboxing and footwork
-12 Rounds: heavybag
I really didn’t want to go that far when I started, I was getting carried away. I felt results from practicing my movement, I could hear the difference in my punches on the heavybag. Everything started sounding like a symphony of rhythmic boxing, it was ugly because I am still a beginner at this but I could feel the difference.
Now I have a new standard.
