Tonight my wife and I find out the gender of our second child. We were blessed with an amazing daughter last year in February and are so fortunate to be able to get right back at it in such a short time period. I feel kind of guilty seeing as so many of our close friends have been told that they can't have kids or they keep trying with no luck. Every time we agreed to bring a life into this world, it came to fruition within a month or so. We feel extremely lucky and fortunate.

My wife sent out a few invitations to close family and friends and we will be gathering at the place we met over 8 years ago, and where I proposed over 3 years ago, Maynard's in Excelsior. It holds a special place in our hearts because of all of our history there. It doesn't hurt that it sits on the beautiful setting that is Lake Minnetonka.

So today being surrounded by a few family members and friends, Elise and I will be busting pink and blue eggs on our heads to see what we will be having. My lucky sister-in-law has known since Tuesday and has hard boiled all but one out of a dozen eggs. 6 pink and 6 blue.

So tell me Steemians, which color egg will crack and leave an eggy mess all over one of our faces, Pink or Blue?!
