Brain is act like a chip. It processes something like chip done. Here, the matter is not about the brain matter about a brain chip which install in American soldier so that they can evaluate the brain and can get any of signals from brain. Pentagon spent here for the chip 12 million to research for this technology. The chips work against the mental pressure of a soldier when they go for war in other country.
These chips will stay inside of a gray matter of brain and sent many types of electronic signals. Other sectors are say about these chips will interfere in a person’s independency.
