食パンを、焼いて焦がすと「アクリルアミド」という発がん性物質がでるみたいらしいです。それが、がんの原因になるみたいらしいのですが、私は最近知らず知らずに毎日2枚焼いて食べていましたがこの話を聞いたため明日からは生の食パンで食べようと考えています。

It seems that when bread is baked and burnt, a carcinogenic substance called "acrylamide" is released. I have recently been eating two slices of bread every day without knowing it, but now that I have heard this story, I am thinking of eating raw bread from tomorrow.
