Healthy and gluten free bread from Scandinavia. Thin and easy made crispbread to serve with butter. A much healthier alternative bread. You can use whatever seeds you like.
You need:
3 eggs
1 deciliter sesame seeds
1 deciliter sunflower seed
1/2 deciliter linseed
1 deciliter gluten free oatmeal
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon potato flour
Making:
Measure all ingredients to the bowl and stir until soft batter. Spread batter to tin coated with greaseproof paper very thin. Cook in 175 degrees about 25 minutes.
Cut the crisbread immediately and cool on grid.
