Approximately 1 cheek mango
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 cup baby spinach
2 tbsp reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt
1/3 cup apple juice
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
Use frozen mango in this recipe or add an ice cube or two when blending ingredients.
Place the mango, raspberries, spinach, yoghurt and apple juice in a blender and blend until well combined.
Place the fruit mixture into a bowl and sprinkle the oats and chia seeds over the top before serving.
