Freshbites and your $4 Midtown Breakfast [NYC]

It was last year (2015) in May when I discovered this nice little place in Midtown where you can have a fairly decent breakfast without breaking the bank. At that time they were just starting out...

As I was prospecting the menu the first time I got there, I had my eyes stuck onto the omelet. I was looking for a ketosis friendly food and this was a good choice.

They have an option for custom made omelet which includes 2-3 eggs and 3 ingredients (fillings) of your choice. I usually choose bacon, feta, and brocolli. The custom omelet is served with root vegetables (mix of multiple vegetables) or salad (mix of greens) and toast (if you prefer).

This whole 'thing' was $5.5 when they started out; but to increase their customer base in the restaurant (they also do catering - which, I assume, is their main focus) they started doing breakfast promotions.

The omelet breakfast was $3 (!!!yes) for a couple of weeks. Then they upped the price to $4, which is still the current one. They have other breakfast promotions but I cannot speak of them as I don't know much...
