Orange and ginger smoothie
4 oranges
1 piece of ginger
2 cups of apple juice
1 banana
½ red pepper fruit
2 spoons of maple syrup
About 300 gram of icecubes
Take the 4 oranges and squeez them into juice.
Put all the ingrediens into the blender, blend on high speed. Serve in big glas.
A the smootie is ready.
Yogurt and müsli
2 deciliter of neutral yogurt
1 banana
Müsli
Maple syrup
Put the ingrediences in a small glas bowl.
Make coffee and a glas of ice-water.
Enjoy your healthy breakfast.
