Breakfast the most important meal of the day when you wake up the blood sugar your body need to make your muscles brain work their best is usually low breakfast helps replenish it , coffee is amazing to start your day but i like green tea it's help to remove your body fats, eat in the morning some best food like eggs, nuts, green tea, greak yogurt, protein shake, fruit etc, eggs and milk best for the health it's full of protein, i am doing breakfast today...
