Simple and nutritious. It has been said that breakfast in the most important meal of the day.
Six out of seven days a week this is how I start my day.

Wheaties or Cheerios, they are both whole grain cereals.

Ain’t #fff great? I look forward to every week, I call it my favorite Friday of the week, it’s an ‘everything flies’ type of post. Other food blogs are dope, sure, but for the most part they’re image... ingredients... image... done. Which is spectacular, btw, I just like heavy seasonings I guess.

Juices, restaurants, it all flies, because we’re getting personable in the body of the post. What better way to bring people together other than something everyone relates to such as #food? You’re a perfect fit to the group, Sweed, I’m happy to see you posting a contender again.

Good ol’ Wheaties!!! I haven’t had a bowl of those in years. Probably back when Michael Jordan was on the front. Lol. I’m always a 2 bowl of cereal type of guy. One bowl of lucky charms just isn’t enough.

Always, always save those marshmallows until the end. Lol. Same with captain crunch and the crunch berries. Ha ha ha I swear that was my daily after school snack in high school. A big bowl of cereal, or two.
