When Scotland had a referendum on leaving the UK, one of the issues was over whether they could leave the UK yet stay in the EU or quickly be allowed to join. Unionists argued that Scotland needed to stay in the UK to stay in the EU.
Results in the Brexit Referendum seem to indicate that a present majority of Scottish voters opposed the Brexit.
But results more generally indicate that, by earlier having chosen to stay in the UK, the majority of Scottish voters find themselves being made to leave the EU!
A fine splatter of haggis, if you ask me!
