Yes it is! But no clue what it says underneath.

At first glance, I doubt it is china, but I'm no expert. I sometimes bring a small flashlight to stick in to see if it is at least translucent.

Have you got a detail photo of the text on the bottom?

Thanks I doubted it was, the flashlight thing I did not know. Will try that next time.

Will see if I got a photo with more detail of the bottom text.

Found out that it's Kwangdong miniature porcelain.

Yes it is, mini porcelain seems to be a thing. Interesting to become aware of all things that are considered valuable collectables.

And I would want to make more noise with the mortar bell, but I was forbidden to do so. Apparantly it is only tuned to my ears as being a nice enjoyable sound. That is why I think I hear myself sing like perfectly pitched and others do disagree strongly against me doing so...
