What to do if your heart breaks

When someone breaks your heart. You may be in pain and cry endlessly. Well, that is normal after all, we are humans. But do not stay in that zone for a long, bring in forgiveness that makes you super human to forgive is an extraordinary ability, and you have got that. Forgive and move on. the courage to move on is one of the extraordinary display of our life. We often don't realize that getting stuck in the past breaks us. Even more do not be stuck, move on, but killing life as an unending Adventure.

                    Make sure you are  always self-dependent in this beautiful journey of life. This doesn't mean no  relationship. It's simply implies that you will have fewer expectations  and dependency on your partner, become emotionally self-dependent,  become financially self-dependent, become self-dependent in all possible ways.  

I'm sure you will never feel broken again.

             A poet once said it's better to  have loved and lost than to have never loved at all. Believe me when I tell  you this, there can be no love in life with loss in love. If you're scared  of losing love, then you are scared of loving. Breakups are difficult and  that is undeniable. You may feel lonely. You may feel jealous. You  may feel fear and most importantly, thinking what people will say. But  remember breakup is not the end of life. It's not even the end of your  perfect world. Even if it feels like it right now, it is not. The sun will  rise tomorrow and so will you, maybe not tomorrow, but in a week or a  month or a year. You will forget your heartbreak and if you need a  little help forgetting right now. 

Try these five practical steps

  1. Do not do anything in a hurry

        especially in starting a new relationship. Don't download  Bumble or Tinder until you are absolutely ready.
    
  2. Don't keep pecking at your
    old partner, social media profiles, wish them happiness. And let them go. You will find your own peace and happiness in this.

  3. Do something nice for yourself every day.

Have a real fun on your own. This will improve your self-worth and you will not need anyone outside to make yourself feel worthy or love

  1. Focus on your work and career

As you will do this, you will feel a sense of achievement. This will improve your self-confidence and self-worth

  1. And finally,

        when you are happy and ready. Be brave with your heart. Meet new people with positivity  and excitement. Remember one bad  apple does not mean all apples are bad. Similarly, one difficult experience  doesn't mean true love doesn’t exist. Give it a try,
