Picture taken last week of a row of house that is located in the Water Village. To get to this location, you will need a boat to cross. I am not sure if it's true but the Brunei government paid around 5 times more than the cost of the house and those who were eligible to buy it would only need to pay less than 1/5 of it's cost and the bank would waive all interest payments. The part that cost a lot are the pilings that are required to pile into the riverbed.
