I decided enough was enough and it was time to finally start working out again. I had quit earlier this year when I had a couple of house projects that required every moment after work until dark, which then led to me getting influenza A. Once I recovered I was just out of the routine and couldn't find time, or honestly make time. I started going back to the gym this weekend and then I went for a run before work this morning. It wasn't a run it's a truffle shuffle at the pace posted above. I really need to start losing the pounds getting back into shape
