Since the hacked exchange Coincheck in January this year, exchanges in Japan have postponed new users to make new accounts. So where can you register now as new member. I visited many sides and all are closed for new members. Maybe there are some which are only using Japanese. It would be difficult to navigate but still possible to make account and purchase Bitcoin.
My friend will start but he can’t read Japanese is there any other than Coincheck, Krakken or BitFlyer?
