$ETH hasn't been performing as well as Bitcoin but that's a given. First it's $BTC then it's $ETH then it's altcoins. The fact ETH looking bullish is big for what's to come next. Obviously it will take some time. Over the last 24 hours ETH has made a low of 1,705.07 and a high of 1,852.68, it's currently moving for around 1,778.54 on most exchanges.
