It doesn't exist on Steemit.com, Steemd.com or Steemdb.com.
Steemstats however shows it:

I've heard this happened to a few people.

Steemit.chat doesn't load for me.

Yup i noticed some of my comments went missing, but i wasn't sure if the comments actually went through in the first place - maybe I just assumed they did.
