Killing Off Bed Bugs
Note: I'm holistic through and through, so I don't believe in using chemicals for almost ANYTHING.
Only recently have I started to use a toxic gel to get rid of ants because nothing all-natural worked for me, but I may try DE (Diatomaceous earth) again to see if that works.
So I am on the hunt for a good Neem oil and wanted to know if it will ward off insect bites as I get bitten a lot.
That's when I came across a page addressing whether Neem oil can get rid of bed bugs.
Overall it doesn't look like it can because bed bugs are nasty critters that can bury themselves anywhere, and amazingly, can go a whole year without coming out for blood. Geesh
But saying that, in the article they linked to this page where there's an e-book you can download to learn how to get rid of bed bugs.
While it's from Austrailia, it cites the US and their findings.
I point you only to the cleaning and nontoxic methods of getting rid of bed bugs, not the toxic methods that will also harm you because you will be sleeping on and breathing in the toxins.
The list of downloads on this page below is confusing.

I hope this helps you as I know bed bugs is a SERIOUS issue worldwide and they are very very hard to get rid of.
