We need negotiation strategies when where is disagreement among the involved parties. With agreement, there is no point to reach anything!
We have disagreements in societies when the parties have different opinions, personalities and interests. Hence, there are conflicts when we need to reach agreements. Conflicts are due to history and what you have perceived and learnt in different places and in different institutions. We must meet ourselves together with other people, and we have to make cooperations between the parties. When you are different in thoughts and feelings than other people, there is a potential for a conflict.
Real things and real persons meet other people many places in the world during a life time. But you cannot meet everybody, and you cannot reveal your interests to all people. It can be dangerous. Accordingly, we must create solutions where we are, and that is in business life, in public life and in private life.
Firms and institutions meet people working there in advertising space in societies. We meet advertising orally and in pritten materials many places, both along the roads and in buildings. If we look beyond the advertising, we get our information through learning in life, and through different books and documents. In addition, we form our own opinions due to family background, due to friends, and due to experiences when meeting foreign people at home and abroad.
There is much disagreement many places, and there is almost much agreement. Disagreement is a sign for a vulnerable society. We must negotiate and try to find solutions when where is no solution or there is a partial and distinct solution about something. The parties involved have to give and take, and the culture should be open and included for reflections when trying to find agreement. We can do programming for finding the parties interests and opinions and standpoints, and try to find solutions when there is deviation in the parties consciousness.
Negotation strategies can be soft or hard. When they are soft, we are speaking to each other, we are smiling to each other, and we are using empathy. When the strategies are hard, we are trying to find conditions which can be found and be accepted for everyone involved. Hard strategies are also making strategies when the parties cannot do anything more than fighting against each other. Conflicts need to be solved. This done through discussions, deals, compromises. And we need skills to find solutions. It is important to be friendly and cynical to find agreement.
Negotiation strategies can be used nationally and internationally. We are human beings every place we are here on earth. The written materials and the chatted messages, should be focused and good against each other. And the parties are using nice clothes and much cosmetics for meeting included environments.
