Bulbulik is a song sung by Wakhi women while grazing livestock in the highlands of Pamir to let people who are on the lower ground know that everything uphill is well. The project was funded by USAID - US Agency for International Development in helping to preserve the near-extinct Wakhi language in Pakistan by teaching youth to play traditional instruments.
