if I talk about some of the herbs that are best for respiratory health than these are cinnamon, fenugreek seeds and lemon so now I am going to talk about their benefits that how they promote respiratory health and what is their mode of action in our body.
Cinnamon (Dar cheeni):-
• If I talk about cinnamon then it contains some of the natural compounds in which first of all there is cinnamaldehyde which contains anti inflammatory properties that reduce inflammation in lungs and airways.
• Another compound present in cinnamon is Eugenol which again contains anti inflammatory properties as well as antioxidant properties so this compound is important for protecting lungs and respiratory help from any oxidative stress or damage.
• Linalool is another important compound that is present in cinnamon and it also reduce inflammation in lungs if it is present as well as this compound also have anti microbial properties so it is helpful in combating with any bacterial and fungal infections that affect respiratory health negatively.
• If I talk about Limonene then it is important for reduction of congestion in lungs when it allows proper air to pass through lungs by reduction of inflammation in airways and also protect pathogens attack normally bacterial and fungal attack at respiratory system.
Working
if I say that cinnamon contains some of the essential compounds that reduce inflammation in lungs and airways and give to reduction in congestion mucus also things and can pass through from lungs easily so if someone have respiratory problem or shortness of breath or any other problem in breathing then all these things becomes easily so this is how it works when taken by human.
Fenugreek seeds:-
If I talk about fenugreek seeds then it contains some of the essential compounds that are important in promoting respiratory health so one by one I would like to discuss about these compounds and their effects in improving respiratory health.
• If I talk about fenugreek seeds then they consist of saponins which is a compound containing properties to kill inflammation and to act as antioxidant so make airways normal and cause reduction of oxidative stress and hence promote respiratory health.
• If I talk about fenugreek seeds then there are flavonoids that have anti inflammatory properties for reducing congestion, antioxidant properties which boost lungs health by reducing overload at lungs when they function and anti microbial properties that combat with any pathogen when they enter in respiratory tract or lungs.
• If I talk about mucilages then this is also one of the most essential component of fenugreek seeds in which complex carbohydrates are present which helps for soothing of lining of mucous membrane of respiratory tract.
Working:-
Fenugreek seeds work in human body by containing natural expectorant property which are helpful in losing and cleaning of mucus from lungs mainly but their other functions are reduction of inflammation which are helpful for easy breathing so in this way these are helpful in promotion of respiratory health.
Lemon:-
If I talk about lemon then there are multiple compounds which are most healthy for respiratory health and are present in a significant way so now I am going to discuss each compound one by one and how they works in human body for promotion of respiratory health.
• If I talk about lemon then everyone knows that this is rich source of vitamin c which is an antioxidant and it contains citric acid as well which is one of the most effective natural expectorant that helps in losing of mucus which can clean out from lungs easily.
• If I talk about lemon compounds that are most effective then limonene component or compound of lemon can never be ignored which is sort of volatile oil containing anti microbial and anti inflammatory properties so helps to reduce lungs and airways infection and inflammation.
• If I talk about vitamin c then this is an antioxidant so reduce oxidative stress of lungs as well as there are flavonoids also present that contain all important properties important for boosting respiratory health containing reduction of inflammation antioxidant property and anti microbial property.
Working:-
Lemon is one of the most important ingredient or herb containing natural properties of killing bacterial and fungal infections that affect respiratory system as well as if there is any underlying respiratory issue then through reduction of congestion and clearing of mucus respiratory issue can be resolved so this is lemon is effective in respiratory health.
Dar cheeni(Cinnamon):-
• If I talk about cinnamon then there is a compound named cinnamaldehyde that is useful and very strong in stimulation of production of red blood cells so when it promotes hemoglobin formation then iron level automatically increase in body and when there is inflammation in body then iron absorption will hinders so it also have anti inflammatory property thats why it act like a booster for compensation of iron deficiency.
Kalonji (Black cumin):-
• If I talk about black cumin then thymoquinone is one of the most essential component for increasing absorption of iron in body because it contains and inflammatory and antioxidant properties that are important for minimising inflammation and oxidative stress in body so in this way it has strong contribution in compensation of deficiency of iron.
Turmeric:-
• If I talk about tumeric then curcumin is one of the most important component that is helpful in reducing oxidative stress in body because it contains most of the antioxidants and hence it also cause minimising of inflammation of swelling if it is present in body and hence provides protection to body red blood cells and boost absorption of iron.
• I need to make this herbal tea so I used the following ingredients in this way by step by step approach;
Cinnamon in boiling water |

• I take 1.5 cup of water in a pot and let it cook for 2 minutes at high flame when it starts to boil.
• After that I added first ingredient that was cinnamon(2 pieces) in it.
Black cumin in boiling water |

• Right after adding cinnamon I added black cumin(1 teaspoon) in boiling water.
• After that it was the time to add last ingredient.
Tumeric in boiling water |
---|
• I added 4th part of tea spoon in boiling water.
• I let all ingredients cook well for more 5 minutes and then I stain it.
Herbal tea for iron deficiency |
---|
• This is herbal tea you can try if you have iron deficiency with proper proportion of each ingredient that I mentioned for one cup.
Working:-
• If I talk about herbal tea that I made then definitely it is working in body because of properties of eaching regent bought which I have already told that how black cumin and tumeric are important for increasing absorption of iron in body and how cinnamon is important for stimulation of red blood cell production that automatically increase iron level in body.
if I talk about herbs that are important for controlling high blood pressure then these are three including tumeric, lemon grass and black pepper so let's discuss their effects and mode of action in body one by one.
Tumeric:-
• If I talk about tumeric then above I have already talk with that there is a compound called curcumin that contains natural properties of anti inflammation and antioxidant which are helpful in lowering of blood pressure so patients can consume tumeric by making a tea of one cup warm water by mixing it with one teaspoon of tumeric twice a day.
Lemongrass:-
• If I talk about lemongrass then it has similar properties which have diuretics medicines so blood pressure can be reduced by more production of urine by consuming lemongrass and by removing excessive body fluid.if there is a patient suffering from high blood pressure then he can take dry lemongrass one teaspoon in one cup of boiling water 2 times in a day.
Black pepper:-
• If I talk about Black pepper then it contains piperine which is one of the most strong natural anti oxidant that is important for improvement of blood flow and for lowering of blood pressure so high blood pressure patient can consume half tea spoon of black pepper powder with one cup of boiling water 2 times in a day.
My preferred remedy for lowering high blood pressure by combining all above ingredients:-
Lemon grass in boiling water |

• I took 1.5 cup of water and added in pot and after that I take lemongrass in boiling water and lemongrass was in dried form so I take one teaspoon of it.
Black pepper in boiling water |

• In boiling water with lemongrass I added black pepper in boiling water in 4th part of tea spoon.
Tumeric in boiling water |
---|
• I added two pinch of tumeric in boiling water finally and let all these ingredients cook for 5 minutes more.
High blood pressure control tea |

• This is final look of tea can be taken by high blood pressure patient once or twice in a day depending upon need of patient.
Cinnamon:-
• If I talk about cinnamon then there are natural warm properties and when body warm up then blood pressure also increase due to increase in blood flow so cinnamon take can be consumed twice in a day by taking 2 to 3 pieces of cinnamon in one cup of warm water.
Ginger:-
• If I talk about ginger then it has natural properties of stimulation that can trigger blood pressure to increase and to become back to normal so ginger tea can be consumed twice in our day by mixing one teaspoon of fresh ginger paste in one cup of warm water twice in day.
Onion:-
• If I talk about onion then it contains natural and the accident properties that can help improving flow of blood and increase blood pressure to that level which can be considered back to normal so onion juice can be consumed by mixing one teaspoon of fresh onion with one cup of warm water 2 times in a day.
My preferred remedy for making blood pressure higher from very low:-

• Now I have added Ginger one longitudinal piece in boiling water.
Cinnamon in boiling water |

• Finally last ingredient was added by me in boiling water that was cinnamon.

• This is I am cooking all these ingredients well for 3 minutes more for extracting all of their compounds.
Tea for making no normal from low to high |

• Now this is my preferred herbal tea that can make your blood pressure normal by increasing it if it is getting low or much low if you consume it at least two times in a day or depending upon your need.
NOTE:-
• It is important to understand that blood pressure increase and decrease both are different situations so there cannot be one prefer remedy to treat both the conditions that's why I have shared my preferred remedy for both situations individually because in real there cannot be any preferred remedy to treat both conditions together!
