I’ve been exhausted over the past few days so I haven’t been able to write up anything. I’ve still kept tabs on the number of riders in the morning which isn’t as overwhelming as the 6:50 bus but the 5:30 still gets about 20 riders every morning. I still hop off at the corner of the commuter lot and walk through Home Depot’s parking lot until I get to my my store.
Monday I stayed much later than I normally would so I got the 5:18 bus and yesterday I got the 3:58 even though I stayed an extra hour. Yesterday’s bus was the tiny bus again. I guess I can justify using it for that time because there was only about a dozen people and I wasn’t squashed so my complaints about it are at a minimum. Today I got the 3:58 as well but it was the medium sized bus which has one door and the back passenger section is raised. I don’t know what the traffic is light down by Tappan but this one is constantly late now. I’m glad it comes after the 91 because in the past when 97 was early everyone piles on that. Though it’s practically winter so every extra minute you feel waiting for the bus unless you want to join the swarm of people that cluster around the mall doors. Almost every door has somebody with their face glued to the glass waiting to see if their bus is coming. I’ll wait in that area if it’s raining but I don’t like blocking people that actually want to use doors as doors.
