Got a chance to test out some new food this weekend. The local Costco was selling packs of Korean Japchae noodles. These noodles are made from sweet potato starch which is a great choice for people who have gluten sensitivity.
This version technically needs to be boiled, but by steaming them in my HeavyCover titanium cup with the lid on, that wasn't necessary.
The lid does a great job of sealing, so all I needed was to heat some water and pour it over the noodles!
I let it sit for about 10 minutes while I was slaying logs for my shelter.
And then enjoyed.
Those were the most noodley noodles ever!
