Communication makes money for business. Negotiation makes amount. How big your business will be , depends on your negotiation skills. You need to understand, that first step in making money its bringing the price. No one will not pay you big money if you work for free or giving free trial periods. Usually big money know the price first. You can offer first low price, but then raising up, depends on the customer requirements. Every requirement drive price up. Ask always questions during negotiations, secure your position. If customer want to put pressure on you, raise price up...greater risk, greater increase in negotiation price. Never put criticism into your speech, it not promote you as the sale person. Always try to go in the middle. Calm response for every question or answer. It will help you to make decisions without emotions, otherwise you will be driven by emotions. Never do not show or talk directly yes or no, never do not show reaction, otherwise, it will help your opponent to drive discussion towards his desired direction. Do not be affected by the other person meaningless things, such as wealth, dress or level of speech. In reality it doesn't play to much role for you, because you not benefit from it anyway. Link always your price with future performance, it is good tool to sell promises, it is valuable. Always be yourself. Do not to try to pretend someone else. It is useless. You is you, and other people is other people. Be yourself. It is good support of the your position during negotiation. If you start playing games, other high skilled people will use it against you. Try always negotiate by using style what you like. If you going to push some non-standard events or techniques, please note that you will be not able to control all of them. The outcome can be unpredicted. The more of you, bring you more benefits in negotiation. Build yourself. Everything starts from you.
